Our Top Pick Event for February is The Northern Criterium 2015. This night criterium, being hosted at the beautiful Singha Park in Chiang Rai province, promises to be an outddor party, bike market, food, and music festival all rolled into one great bicycle event. So you’re sure to have something to entertain you or family members who may not be interested to join the race. Festivities kick off at noon on Saturday and last until midnight. Five different categories for the main criterium event makes it accessible and enjoyable for all, while the “Men’s FIXED GEAR” category should prove to be exhilarating for participants and spectators alike. This criterium is being organized by the same folks who have done the past 5 Criteriums in Bangkok, so the website address and online registration process is the same. FEBRUARY 28 – Saturday: Chiang Rai

The Northern Criterium 2015. Bike Party – Bike Market – Bicycle Drag Racing – Night Criterium Race. Location: Singha Park (Boon Rawd Farm), Chiang Rai province. Time: 1200-2400 (12pm until midnight). 5 different criterium race categories to choose from: VIP rider on Road Bike, VIP rider on Mountain Bike, General rider on any type of Road Bike, General rider on any type of Mountain Bike, and Men’s Elite riders on FIXED GEAR bicycles. Distances: Each criterium lap is 2 kilometers. VIP categories will complete 5 laps for a total distance of 10 kilometers. All other categories will complete 12 laps for a total distance of 24 kilometers.
