TANKstore and Chet khot-Pong Konsao Natural Study and Ecotourism Center would like to invite racers to join Thailand’s first MTB Enduro race that uses the same timing standard as the World Enduro Series by SPORTident. Klaeng Road/ MTB Bike Challenge 2014. Mountain bike and Road bike competition. Location: Local government administration building (Tesaban), Klaeng district, Rayong province. 18 – 20 Friday thru Sunday: Chiang Rai

Chiang Rai International Adventure Challenge 2014. Presented by Lanna Adventures. This 3 stage, 2 days and 1 night adventure race consists of activities including: Trail running, Mountain biking, Swimming, Obstacle course and Paddling. Registration from 1pm-4pm (1300-1600) on Friday, July 18th at Wat Baan Tham school on Phahonyothin Road in Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai province. GPS – N 20.330374, E 99.884052. Love Riding Thailand LRT Century Championship. Century ride to promote healthy lifestyle and physical fitness. Location: Ban Bo Community School, Suan Phueng district, Ratchaburi province. Special note: riders can come to the start location starting from 12:00 until 6:00pm (1800) on Saturday, July 19th in order to pick up their race number and to receive a chip transponder for their bike. Annual Bhumibol Dam International Mountain Bike Championship 2014. 13th edition of very popular Mountain Bike Competition which attracts 1,000+ riders. Location: Bhumibol Dam, Sam Nyao, Tak province. Registration: at the event prior to 8am. Categories: everyone is welcome, several categories by age and gender. August 30 (Saturday) race is for Male and Female categories of advanced riders (longest and hardest trails); start time is 8am. August 31 (Sunday) race is Male, Female, and children’s categories of amateur riders (shorter and easier trails); start time is 8am. 15 – 21 Monday thru Sunday: Major cities across Thailand & Bangkok

CAR FREE DAY 2014. Presented by city municipalities across Thailand and in Bangkok, the Thai Cycling for Health Association (TCHA). Location: Several major cities around Thailand will hold their own ‘Car Free Day 2014′ events during the weekend of September 20-21. Main Bangkok event will host a bike exhibition/knowledge fair for bicycles at Central World Plaza from 10am until 10pm every day (Sept 15-20). The MAIN event is Sunday’s ride through the city on September 21. Riders can register from 6am until 6:30am at multiple gathering places in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Click here to view and download 24 locations in Bangkok. Riders from all gathering locations will converge at Sanam Luang by 8am in order to participate in the opening ceremony. Bike procession will leave Sanam Luang at 8:30am and ride through the city to Central World Plaza Bangkok Ratchaprasong. Upon arrival all cyclists are welcome to exhibition, free activities and lunch. At 3pm the ride procession will return to original assembly points in the city.

The Tour of Hope 2014. The Udon Thani to Chiang Mai route is option 1 of this vehicle-supported charity ride comprising riders from Europe and Asia. Funds raised from the ride will be used to build a library and to donate bicycles to a school in Northern Thailand. Come and join this international group. Enjoy yourself in good company and nice riding while doing some good for those less fortunate. Learn more about this event. Location: Udon Thani – Chiang Mai. Angkor Wat Bike4Kids 2014. This charitable bike event is now in its ninth year, and will take place on Saturday 6th December 2014 in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The Angkor Wat Bike4Kids! Event is organized by Village Focus International (VFI) and Terre Des Hommes – Netherlands (TDH-NL) and hosted by the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia.
