Will I be able to take my 4 year old on a trail-a-bike on the new bike track? Says min age is 7, but I assume that is for riding singly.

I'm sure you will be fine taking a trail-a-bike on the new 'Sky Lane' cycling track. I saw Thai riders with child seats and trailers on the lane just the other day.

 

I do think that the 'no one under 7 years old' policy is meant for children riding their own bikes, which could be potentially dangerous given the high speed of the adult riders.
