Bangkok Hash House Bikers have nearly 500 rides listed on their webstie from the last 23 years.

Since 2004, they've uploaded nearly 2 GPS rides per month, so thats around 250 trails that are all a few hours away from Bangkok. I'm sure not all of them are 'RIDABLE' anymore but the more recent ones should still be managable.
